We need to define what ‘good’ looks like in your business; what are your objectives and challenges? What behaviours and styles does someone need to be a success in your organisation?

We’ll need you to commit time to this bit to allow us to do our bit. Then candidates come to interview with the full picture, and you can use your interview time wisely – to assess who is the best person for you.

In our experience it’s working in ‘proper’ partnership with you which drives excellent recruitment. When we’re both invested in getting the best results, and we both have clear roles and responsibilities through the process it means we get there in the right way.

When you appoint several recruiters to work on your role you get the opposite – no commitment, quantity not quality (see below) and you’ll waste a lot of your time.

We’re passionate about our candidates getting a great experience throughout the recruitment process, whoever the hiring company is and whatever the eventual outcome.

If they don’t get the job we still want them to champion your business and brand as well as ours. To us candidates are not a commodity, they are a vital component to the process.
