“Purple House Executive Coaching” is led by Martyn Melvin, a Director at Purple House. Martyn has developed his own coaching skills over the last ten years through a combination of personal experience, 1-2-1 tuition and by obtaining the level 7 certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring from the ILM. He has coached clients in a variety of business sectors throughout the UK.
Martyn and other experienced coaches in the Purple House stable will provide not only extremely valuable mentoring programmes to HR staff but also 1-2-1 Executive Coaching for any senior business role where there is a desire in individuals to improve performance, develop management skills and simply progress.
Coaching is essentially a facilitated experience where the coach support learning and understanding which brings about enhanced performance in the person being coached.
