“The First 100 Days” mentoring service
We will provide an experienced HR mentor who will work with your new employee to help them set clear goals, create positive relationships and resolve any early problems whilst settling into their new role. The 100 day mentoring solution seeks to provide objective support to the new employee with one or two meetings plus telephone support as needed to enable them to become effective as quickly as possible during the crucial first 100 days. This service can be tailored to suit you and your company’s needs with as little or as much contact as you think is necessary.
