Lindsey Newman
A law graduate, Lindsey jointly established our sister company, Purple House Recruitment Ltd in 2002 and built it to a thriving and reputable HR recruitment consultancy. Lindsey’s skill has always been at the senior end of the market and she has worked with a wide range of sizes and types of organisation over the last 14 years to recruit lawyers, sales managers and HR professionals in permanent and interim positions. She is now dedicated to developing the Purple House Executive brand and to expanding her strong HR network for the benefit of her clients. Lindsey lives in Bristol with her husband and lively 2 year old daughter.
Tom Mornement
Tom is the joint founder of Purple House. He graduated in Business and IT and recruited at the mid to senior levels in the highly competitive banking and finance market in London before moving into HR recruitment some 9 years ago. Tom’s strength is in relationship management and he has many clients and candidates that he has worked with repeatedly over that time. Tom is married with three children and lives in Wiltshire.
