In order to support the business in this growth and commitment they are looking to recruit a Personnel Manager reporting to the Head of Personnel, with responsibility for providing an efficient and effective Personnel Management service to the business; ensuring that within their area of operation the aims and objectives of the Personnel Development Plan are delivered and providing the above services in line with policy, regulatory and legislative requirements.

We are looking for about 5 years experienced, with an appropriate graduate level business qualification. Currently working within a HR, business improvement or project services environment and who can demonstrate substantive experience in the above areas.
