To get the best results and to really deliver when recruiting for you
we need to meet you so that we get to under the skin of your business
by defining your organisation, its culture, market, current and future
challenges and business plans as well as gaining a detailed appreciation
of the role.
Equally this is an opportunity for you to explore our business and how
we conduct ourselves to be assured that we can deliver what we say we
can. By doing this, we can work in partnership with you to find the right
candidates with the skills, style and values to endure in your organisation
long term. We can also offer a range of services such as psychometric
testing to ensure the right candidate is selected.
Once we place a candidate with you our job does not stop. We want to maintain
regular contact with you and the candidate. This tends to both address
any teething problems that sometimes crop up during the first six months
or so and to support the development of the individual going forward by
providing career management advice and support.
Our preferred approach is to work with you exclusively on each role. Our experience of working on both exclusive and non-exclusive business has made us realise that exclusive relationships work better for you and the candidates as well as for us.
