Interim Management
If you are looking for a specialist to bring essential skills to a project or fill an unexpected gap, we can help. We have an excellent network of interim professionals who can cover an array of different situations. Typically engaged on a daily rate, they will often provide senior level support at short notice and can be employed on flexible arrangements to suit timescales and budgets.
Contract Appointments
Ideal for covering a fixed period and generally suited to lower level appointments, we can provide suitably experienced HR professionals. These candidates are subject to an introductory fee and will be engaged on your own terms and conditions.
Permanent Contingency
Operating on a contingency basis we will search our database and anonymously advertise in appropriate online media on a ‘no results, no fee’ basis. We usually offer this service if for instance your own campaign does not produce appointable candidates.
Search & Selection Campaigns
Far more bespoke and the most pro-active way of recruiting, this is all about sourcing top HR talent through direct approach. This is usually but not exclusively conducted in tandem with an advert and often the greatest deal of value is added through this partnership based approach.
