Our Story (so far…)
The Purple House story began in 2002 when Tom and Lindsey founded the first specialist HR consultancy in the South West.
In a world where KPI’s were all important and no-one cared about the candidate journey, they wanted to provide a bespoke recruitment service which truly engaged and retained great HR talent for their clients.
Fiona joined Purple House in 2005 from a background of 15 years in recruitment management and a passion for recruiting on behaviour as well as skills.
We have been lucky enough to go on some fascinating ‘recruitment journeys’ with some of the most inspiring people and many truly visionary companies over the years. This has given us a great deal of experience in helping businesses find highly talented people who have gone on to add huge value in their new roles.
Lindsey moved on in 2016 to spend more time with her young family and Fiona stepped in to fill her shoes. Together we continue to find, engage and retain the highest calibre HR people for our clients.
In addition to this we are creating a portfolio of new service offerings capitalising on the things both clients and candidates have been asking for.
