Outplacement Services

Our Outplacement Service includes:

Deciding what to do next; CV and LinkedIn writing services; help in finding the right jobs; interview preparation; offers and negotiations.

  • We initially have a 1-1 meeting with your exiting employee to get an understanding of their history/experience and an idea of what they would potentially like to do.
  • We help them to create an outstanding CV and Linkedin profile which depicts why they are good at what they do and what value they can bring to a new employer.
  • We provide support on researching a new role – this can be done individually or as a group and work with them on how to apply/write an impactful cover letter.
  • On securing an interview – we then provide individual coaching sessions on interview preparation and presentation.
