Interim Head of HR & TA (c12m)

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and commercial Interim with an excellent background in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition to work with a fast paced, leading edge, rapidly growing (scaling up) technology business. The company can already boast an impressive list of clients and has an ambitious plan to grow.

Supporting a diverse workforce across 3 continents we are looking for an Interim HR and TA Leader with a mix of operational and strategic HR and recruitment/resourcing experience.

This role reports to the Chief Executive Officer, and will suit a fast paced, solutions oriented individual who can communicate effectively both locally and internationally, at all levels. Someone with experience of a multi-site SaaS (or similar) environment would be very well suited.

Role Profile

You will be responsible for designing and implementing the HR & Recruitment strategy that supports the timely and successful delivery of the Human Resources agenda and the end-to-end recruitment process across key business areas.

Working with the CEO we are looking for someone who exemplifies a consultative, focused approach to scope, influence, define, customise and implement HR solutions.

This role focuses on supporting the reputation of the business as an employer by driving momentum across several strategic HR & talent acquisition initiatives such as raising awareness of employer branding, social media activity, improving ways of working, tailoring recruitment activity, and embedding behaviours within the business.

You will have overall responsibility for determining, managing, and fulfilling all current and future resourcing requirements whilst identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve processes and provide robust data to support future key business decisions.

Overseeing all resourcing and onboarding activities this role should continually identify improvement opportunities to facilitate an outstanding experience is received by both internal and external stakeholders and candidates on all occasions.

Skills and Experience

  • The ability to think strategically and translate strategies into effective delivery models and plans
  • Strong project management experience to maximise success and delivery of initiatives, flexing approach to the deliverables.
  • Experience of supporting a rapidly growing start-up and of recruiting for a diverse business
  • Comfortable with figures and collecting, analysing and interpreting data
  • Solid senior level stakeholder engagement and relationship building experience
