An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a fast paced, commercial Interim Internal Recruitment Advisor to work 3 days a week for this fast paced supply chain organisation.   Working both from the office in Avonmouth, Bristol and also remotely for a minimum of 9 months this offers plenty of opportunity to add value.

Preferably you have experience of successfully recruiting a wide variety of both Head Office and Supply chain Personnel, from Marketing, to finance to IT to warehouse staff and drivers.    Working within a close knit, friendly HR team, this is a 9 month contract to support the growth of this reputable company.  You will own the whole 360 process and have the experience and ability to recruit across all functions up to middle management level.      It would suit someone who is fast paced, innovative and who thrives on achieving deadlines within tight budgets restrictions.

You may come from a technical, commercial or professional recruitment background however the one thing which typifies you will be your resilience, hunger to deliver on your objectives and most of all your ability to seek out solutions rather than find problems.

You will have a clear understanding of SLAs, customer satisfaction and creative approaches to candidate attraction methods.  Innovative use of social media to source candidates is especially valued.  There will be plenty of opportunity to improve processes and to add value.
